Dubai Creek Tower

Aiming to surpass the Burj Khalifa as the world’s tallest structure, this iconic tower will embody cutting-edge engineering and sustainable design principles. 

The tower will be located at the Dubai Creek Harbour development. The new tower will serve as an observation tower and as a boutique hotel. It will be linked to the central island district of Dubai Creek Harbour. The tower will have rotating balconies and landscaping inspired by the mythical hanging gardens of Babylon.

Dubai Urban Tech District 

The Green Urban Technology District on the Creekside of Al Jaddaf area will have a total of 140,000 square meters in built up area making it the world’s largest urban tech district. The district will provide facilities for conferences, training, research, seminars, and business incubation. 

The building will also offset all its embodied carbon emissions from construction & operation. As a net zero carbon district, the development will help to reduce the carbon footprint of its partner businesses, thus enabling a low-carbon workforce. It will create 4000 jobs in green urban tech, education and training.

 
 

Dubai Reefs

The project is a “floating living experiment” off the coast of Dubai. Dubai Reefs is a mixed use development of residential, hospitality, retail, educational, and research facilities. The marine institute will be the heart of the project.

It aims to accelerate the marine science and conservation capacity of Dubai, whilst building the most diverse artificial reef, covering 200sqm. It also aims to create a home to more than 1 billion corals & 100 million mangrove trees. The project seeks to create more than 30,000 green economy jobs.

Al-Maktoum International Airport Expansion

Dubai Airport is about to get a massive expansion, featuring two 4.5km Code F runways, a 165,000sqm terminal handling 35 million passengers annually, and two 385sqm satellite concourses accommodating 65 million passengers with 200 wide-body aircraft stands. 

Six train tracks and three stations per concourse, plus an additional station at the west terminal, will seamlessly connect passengers. An impressive 170,000 hectares of underground space will further support future services like people movers, baggage systems, and technical facilities. Get ready for a mega-airport!
