Posted on 9th February 2017

Arabtec has announced that it will be holding a board meeting to discuss its 2016 results, it said in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market on Wednesday.

The company’s leading executives will meet on 12 February for the second time this year to discuss last year’s financial results, according to The National.

This comes after the company held its first Board of Directors meeting on 23 January where it saw its shares suspended on the DFM, according to Constructionweekonline news report.

The results of that meeting were not published despite analyst expectations and shares were trading again the following day.

Arabtec shares stood at Dh1.38 at noon on Wednesday, down from Dh1.39 at close the day before.
