Mazaya Holding announced the launch of the second stage of its mid-value properties, Queue Point, in Liwan. Rashid Al Nafisi, chairman of the board of directors of Al Mazaya Holding, on the sidelines of a press conference said “When we entered with this project (Queue Point), in the Dubai market, we noticed that there was a large emphasis on high income and this sector was not entirely served. So we entered this market at a large scale… and we built it in a way to keep costs low without compromising”.[..]

RTA signs agreement to transform Dubai's first six Metro stations into art museums

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced on yesterday that it has signed agreements to transform the first six Metro stations into art museums at a cost of more than US$50 million. RTA said it has signed two memoranda of understanding (MoU) with the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority - one for the stations and a second for decorating bridges and underpasses in Dubai.[..]
