Dubai Parks and Resorts to install two Hunger Games-themed rides

Dubai Parks and Resorts announced two Hunger Games-themed rides will be installed at Motiongate Dubai.

Motiongate is one of the three parks planned for the entertainment facility, which also includes Legoland Dubai and Bollywood Parks Dubai.

Guido Zucchi, general manager of Motiongate Dubai, said: “This is a global first and we are extremely excited to have not one, but two rides inspired by The Hunger Games at the Lionsgate Zone opening in Motiongate Dubai, according to Constructionweekonline news report

"We cannot wait to transfer life in Panem from the silver screen into an experience for fans and fun lovers from around the world.”

Motiongate Dubai is a Hollywood-inspired park which will include 27 rides and attractions, spanning over five zones: Sony Pictures Studios, DreamWorks, Lionsgate, Smurfs Village, and the park’s entry boulevard, Studio Central.

According to Arabian Business, all three parks at Dubai Parks and Resorts will be connected by Riverland Dubai, a retail district spanning 220,000 sqf.
