Dubai Retail launches Phase 1 of its community centre

According to *Constructionweekonline news report, Dubai Holding’s retail management arm, Dubai Retail, has launched Phase 1 of its 1,393.5m2 community centre in the city's Remraam residential community, with full completion on the project expected in Q4 2019.

Phase 1 of the community centre features a pharmacy, laundry services, fast food outlets, and a parking lot with 20 spaces.

Also included are an outlet of French hypermarket brand Géant, a salon, a café, and an Indian restaurant.

Located on the eastern end of Dubai’s Hessa Street in Dubailand, Dubai Properties' Remraam is one of Dubai Holding’s largest residential communities.

Dubai Retail said the Remraam centre was its fourth mixed-use project, with more set to open in the residential area through 2020. 

According to Dubai Retail, its market footprint spans 18.5ha across 12 mixed-use properties in neighbourhoods such as Jumeirah Beach Residence, Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Boulevard at Emirates Towers District, and Business Bay.
