RAK Properties set to handover Flamingo Townhouses Phase II ahead of schedule

Property developer will deliver latest Mina Al Arab project two months early
Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: RAK Properties PJSC, Ras Al Khaimah's biggest property developer listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, has announced the handing over of the second phase of Flamingo Townhouses, two months ahead of schedule.
Originally due to be handed over to customers by December 31 2016, the developer’s latest milestone delivery within Ras al Khaimah’s Mina Al Arab community will be handed over in October – some two months ahead of schedule. This marks the second early delivery of Flamingo Townhouses following Phase I being handed over three months ahead of schedule.
Conceptualised as a small, self-contained community, Flamingo Townhouses II features 57 Townhouses overlooking the adjacent mangrove wetlands which additionally is an eco-protected element of the design. The landmark development features lifestyle amenities such as an adult swimming pool, a safe children’s paddling pool, a children’s play area with recreational equipment, a multipurpose play area and multiple green lawns and outdoor spaces.

Providing high quality homes showcases the commitment of RAK Properties.to its clients and in return, and perhaps most importantly strengthens their trust”The 57 Townhouses within Flamingo Townhouses Phase II, constructed by Al Nuaimi Group, consist of 32 attached three-bedroom units and 25 attached two-bedroom units. The larger Townhouses measure 2,334 square feet, with the smaller units at 2,004 square feet. The completion of Phase II will follow 124 villas handed over almost three months ahead of schedule in Phase I.
