Technimont SPA wins US$ 2.25 bn ADCO EPC contract for execution of Phase III Al Dabbiya Surface Facilites

Italy's Tecnimont SpA has signed a US$2.254 billion EPC contract with Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) for the execution of the Phase III of Al Dabbi’iya Surface Facilities, in Abu Dhabi.
ADCO operates the Al Dabb’iya field which is located 40km south west from the Emirate. Al Dabbi’iya Phase III is part of the ADCO North East Bab (NEB) development program, according to news reports on Construction Week.
The current scope of work consists in the EPC activities up to performance tests for the expansion of the existing facility.
It will encompass gathering crude oil system through a network of pipelines; central process plant (CPP); and oil and gas export pipelines.
