Al Mudhaybi Oman Medical Center

The Al Mudhaybi Health Center project is being undertaken by the Ministry of Health in Oman. The project involves the construction of a new health center in Al Mudhaybi, which is a town in the North Sharqiyah Governorate.

The new health center will be a modern facility that will provide a range of primary healthcare services to the residents of Al Mudhaybi and the surrounding area.

These services will include general medical care, maternal and child health care, dental care, and laboratory services. The health center will also have a pharmacy. The project is being funded by the Ministry of Health and the Omani government and expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

The project is part of the Plan Al Ain 2030 with two locations identified as, one in Al Jimi District – between Al Jimi Mall and Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium; and South of ADNEC and Zaafarana Mall.

It is one of UAE’s largest and most integrated healthcare developments in the GCC region with 800+ beds, encompassing 342,000 m² establishing a new benchmark for innovative and sustainable healthcare campuses. It prioritizes sustainability through photovoltaic panels, high-performance thermal insulation, ample natural lighting, and indoor gardens.

Abha Psychiatric Hospital

The Mental Health Hospital in Abha project is a government-funded initiative to build a new mental health facility in the city of Abha. The hospital will be a 200-bed facility with a variety of services and expected to serve a population of over 1 million people. The hospital is expected to be completed in 2024.

The project is part of the Saudi Ministry of Health’s broader efforts to improve mental health care in the country. The ministry has identified mental health as a priority area, and has committed to increasing the availability of mental health services across Saudi Arabia. The Mental Health Hospital in Abha is one of several new mental health facilities that are currently under construction in the country. The project is expected to cost around $100mn.

Heart Center in Tabuk

The Tabuk Heart Center project is a new hospital in Tabuk that is being built to provide comprehensive cardiac care to the people of the region. The hospital will have a capacity of 200 beds and will offer a wide range of services. The Tabuk Heart Center is expected to be completed in 2024.

The project is being funded by the Saudi Ministry of Health and is being developed by the Saudi Arabian Medical Services Company, a leading healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia and has a long history of providing high-quality care.

SEDRA Community Primary Health Complex

The SEDRA Community Health Center project is located within the sixth phase of SEDRA Community in Northern Riyadh. The project is in the design stage and expected to be completed in 2026.

King Khalid Hospital Development

The King Khalid Hospital Development project is a multi-phased project that aims to transform the existing King Khalid Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, into a world-class academic medical center. The project is being developed by the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia and is being designed by AECOM.

The first phase of the project, which is currently underway, involves the construction of a new 1,500-bed hospital. The second phase of the project will involve the development of a number of facilities, including a mosque, a hotel, housing, commercial, and recreation spaces. The development project is a major undertaking that is expected to take several years to complete.

Medical Excellence Hospital

The hospital will be spaciously spread over four Storey with a floor area of 38,000 Sq m. It will include over 100 inpatient rooms, 45 clinics, over 400 car parking spaces within the hospital building itself, a large ground floor reception, cafe, shops and offices.

The project will be a sustainable building with significant power planned to come from solar panels situated on the roof of the building. By utilizing solar energy, the building will significantly decrease its reliance on non-renewable energy sources, contributing to a greener future. Mobile healthcare units will be developed to serve patients, especially the elderly and immobile.The project contract is expected to be awarded by Dec 2023.
