Danube Properties launches Elitz 3

Dubai-based Danube Properties has launched an 800 million UAE dirhams (US$217.80 million) twin-tower residential project, Elitz 3, at the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

The developer said the two 40- and 46-storey towers will house 750 residential units with completion planned in the fourth quarter of 2026. Elitz 3 is Danube’s 24th residential project and the ninth project launched in the last 18 months.
