New Bermuda Villas Project from RAK Properties at Mina Al Arab Waterfront

Planning a glitzy opening to launch its new Bermuda Villas project, RAK Properties PJSC will host an Open House day on June 14, 2014 at the Waldorf Astoria RAK . The new project is part of the company's master development, Mina Al Arab, a waterfront community in Ras Al Khaimah.
According to RAK Properties’ senior executives, the launch of the Bermuda Villas project followed the overwhelming response from its earlier launch of the landmark development project, Flamingo Villas, at last year’s edition of Cityscape Global. The Bermuda Villas project will comprise 141 units ranging from six to three bedroom luxury, standard and townhouse type villas.
Its key attraction would be the spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf for each of the Bermuda Villa units including a sea view of the RAK coastline apart from a wide choice of amenities such as separate swimming pools for adults and children, play area with different play equipment, a multipurpose court and wider green turf areas. The project clearly reflects the RAK Properties motto of ‘Living closer to nature.’
