Tanmiyat to hand over US$ 1.9 Bn Dubailand Project in December

According to Tanmiyat, the Saudi developer's new CEO, Eng. Muhammad Bin Odah, that its key project in Dubailand , "Living Legends" is progressing at a healthy pace and it is likely to hand over its first villas in December 2014.

The AED 7 billion US$ 1.9 billion project is designed to be an independent residential community with a golf course, a mall, landscaped gardens and other facilities to enhance the comfort of residents, and is connected to the new IMG Worlds of Adventure project as well.  The Living Legends project had been launched prior to the property crash and had been scheduled to be delivered in parts between 2008 and 2010, though work remained on hold for a number of years until the market improved and revived the project.

The company has recently undergone restructuring to improve its position in the Dubai real estate markets.
