Business Development Executive

Ventures Onsite’s mission is to provide a project intelligence platform to subscribers who are targeting the Construction or Energy Industry. Ventures Onsite provides a subscription based access to a project tracking platform which in-fact is a business development tool and provides instant access to thousands of ongoing and completed projects to subscribers. Business Development Executives primary responsibility is to sell MENA Construction Projects Database to Construction industry and to meet and or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned geographic territory.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure his/her territory achieves or exceeds required quota
  • Ensure territory coverage to touch all opportunities on a scheduled basis
  • Independently develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities, and work closely with company partners to leverage prospects/clients

  • Target and obtain appointments with clients
  • Contact potential clients to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how the products can meet or exceed these needs
  • Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on individually or team assessed needs of potential clients
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
  • Keep regular contacts with own accounts to ensure clients are receiving proper support and happy with the service
  • Participate in exhibitions and conferences where the company is exhibiting/attending to promote companies products and services
  • Ensure companies image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional manner
  • Assist Account Manager for sales and marketing activities
  • Assist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (any)
  • Familiar with MS Applications
  • Fluency in English (Oral & Writing), bilingual in Arabic is a plus

  • Strong sales skills, including internal reporting

Digital Product Specialist

The Digital Product Specialiast role will be responsible to sell our MEA Construction Projects Database to companies worldwide who are interested in doing business in the MEA region. The role will be required to conduct online presentations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure KPIs are achieved each month
  • Independently develop processes to obtain self-generating leads
  • Submit comprehensive and customized proposals

Experience & Qualifications
