Abu Dhabi Municipality announces more Community Centres

The Municipality of Abu Dhabi announced a new tender on Sunday to build and operate the community facilities in Yas Island, Al Shamkha and Mohammad Bin Zayed City. According to the details announced by the Municipality, the structure in Yas Island will span about 22,000 square metres while the centre in Mohammad Bin Zayed City will be about 26,000 square metres. In Al Shamkha, the community centre will be about 23,000 square metres in size. Each of the facilities will house nearly 6,000 square metres of retail outlets.

The facilities are also expected to include restaurants and cafes, services such as bill payment and banking, as well as amenities like gyms, salons and play areas.
