Al Akaria awards US$ 7 mn deal for Al Aqeeq Mixed Use Hotel Complex north of Riyadh

Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) has awarded a $6.93 million (SAR26m) deal for full design and construction supervision for its Al Aqeeq Mixed Use Hotel Complex north of Riyadh.

The five-star development will comprise residential and serviced apartments, as well as a retail component, on a 2.55ha plot situated close to the Financial Plaza of King Abdullah Financial District.

KEO International Consultants has been contracted as lead design consultant and architect of record for the development.

The consultancy will provide a broad range of expertise covering architecture, interior and lighting design, structural engineering, MEP, landscaping, infrastructure, cost and quantity surveying, and construction management and supervision services for the project.
