Latest master development by Wasl Properties announced

Dubai-based Wasl Properties announced the launch of its latest master development ‘Wasl Village’ in Al Qusais, Dubai. The project will comprise of 62 buildings having 6,200 housing units, a community centre, a 1,700m-jogging track, a mosque and a host of amenities and play areas.

Agreement signed for evaluating development of the first green hydrogen plant in Oman

In Oman, Jindal Shadeed, Hydrogen Rise, a clean hydrogen technology firm located in Germany, and Sohar Port and Freezone (SOHAR) have signed an agreement to evaluate the development of the first green hydrogen plant at Jindal Shadeed’s steel manufacturing plant in Sohar.

The first phase of the project will comprise the operation of a 35MW electrolyzer capacity combined with a solar renewable energy plant by mid-2024, following the completion of techno-economic feasibility studies.
